Australian Orders

(1) Registered Post - Minimum fee of $6.95 applies. Your order will be shipped by Australia Post and delivery times vary from 1 - 7 days depending on your location.

(2) Express Shipping - For URGENT orders a minimum fee of $9.95 applies. We will prioritise your order and normally ship it out same day as payment is received. Your item will normally be delivered the next day if you are in Australia Post guaranteed next day delivery network.

All items are sent through Australia Post and require a signature on delivery. If you are not home for delivery a note is usually left and you can pick your item up from your local post offfice. A tracking number is also available upon request.

International Orders

(1) Registered Post - Orders will be shipped by Insured Air Mail.

(2) Express Shipping - Your order will be shipped by EMS Couriers.

Privacy:

Parcels will be plain and unmarked for privacy and security. However, international orders require a customs declaration on parcel and this normally has a brief description of the contents.
