I'm currently 30w 5d  (YAY)

I've heard of rasberry leaf tea can assist with preparing my uterus for labour and also can assist with a shorter delivery....is this true...?

If this is true, I'm wondering when should I begin in taking it...?

and does it actually bring on labour....??

	Hi Clarissa - I'm 37 weeks now and waiting for your thoughts about rasberry tea leaf - I don't want to let it go too long if I should have started a couple of weeks ago Your input is appreciated - every advise you have given to me in the past has helped me.... Please any response is appreciated!!
