   Hi,

I have been TTC for 10 cycles.  I am going to start temping this month but i have been using OPk's and getting positives and lots of CM and O pain so i assume i am ovulating.

I tried vitex for one month but took it the whole month and from what i've read i should have only taken it from my +opk to AF/pregnant - is that right?

I have also tried b6 a couple of times but that didn't seem to help but i believe i should have taken it for a few months running as it takes some time to build up in your system.

Anyway my cycles have been as follows

I also get brown spotting anywhere from 2 to 5 days before my period starts.

Any advice would be appreciated.

I am going to book in to see a naturopath this month as the docs won't do anything until i've tried for 12months.  I am 34 and my hubby is 33.
