I feel this is a problem for conceiving and would like some advice as to whether to take vitex and or B6 to help bring on Ov earlier and stop the spotting. My periods have also been lighter than they used to be and wondered if this is also a problem. I am 36 years old so would like to sort this out so I can have a baby!!

Your advice would be appreciated.

thanks

Didn't like it though. Not only did it give me sweaty hands, my chest and armpits were sweaty almost 24/7! So I dont recommend it. Anyway, I stopped using Maca, hoping that I would be better after a few months. was under the impression that I lost my interest for sex due to a bad divorce.. but it has been 4 months and I still can't seem to get it up. I read this article- http://www.testosterone-for-men.com/Libido-Enhancers.php stating that "you will find that years later you will still suffer from a lack of sex-drive and the inability to get or maintain an erection if you do not have your condition treated today." So I can't just wait it out??
